ATHENS, Ohio (AP) - Bruce Gradkowski threw two touchdown passes and ran for another score to lead Toledo to a 30-21 win over Ohio on Friday night.
Trinity Dawson also had 28 carries for 167 yards for the Rockets, who finished with 529 yards of offense. Gradkowski finished 22-for-31 for 236 yards.
Toledo (7-2, 5-1 Mid-American Conference) has won 10 straight games against Ohio.
Kalvin McRae rushed for 114 yards on 22 carries for the Bobcats (4-5, 3-3). Austen Everson ran for two touchdowns but also threw two interceptions in the fourth quarter.
McRae's 5-yard TD run in the first quarter gave Ohio a 14-10 lead.
Toledo bounced back in the second. Gradkowski finished off a 10-play, 86-yard drive with a 1-yard touchdown run and Jason Robbins kicked a 24-yard field goal to make it 20-14 Rockets at halftime.
Gradkowski threw an 18-yard touchdown pass to Dawson in the third. Dawson finished with three receptions for 43 yards and two scores.
The Bobcats cut the lead to 27-21 in the fourth quarter but couldn't get any closer. Robbins kicked a 21-yard field goal with 5:55 remaining and Anthony Jordan picked off an Everson pass to help seal the game for the Rockets.
Jordan also had 11 tackles and a sack for Toledo. Steve Odom had nine receptions for 107 yards.
Everson finished 13-for-22 for 148 yards for the Bobcats, whose last victory over the Rockets was a 24-14 win Oct. 1, 1988.
