This ticket is a revocable license. Ticket holder agrees to abide by all NCAA, Conference, University, and venue rules and applicable law. Misconduct, violation of any University policy (including the Rocket Rule of Conduct), or failure to comply with the terms and conditions herein may/will result in refusal of admission to or removal from the event without compensation. Presentation of this ticket for admission is consent for search for prohibited items. Such items may be seized and/or destroyed. Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event and agree that the University, its agents and players are not liable for any injuries the Holder may sustain. Holder grants the University and its partners unrestricted right and license to use the Holder's likeness in any broadcast, telecast, webcast or other depiction or transmission of the event. Recording devices of any kind inside the venue are strictly prohibited.
Tickets not purchased directly from the University of Toledo or affiliated partners, are not guaranteed to be valid. This ticket must not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or price in violation of any Federal, State, or local law or regulation and cannot be resold on University grounds. The University is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Cancellations, exchanges, and/or duplications are limited by University policy.
You shall not, whilst in a Venue, use any electronic device to record or transmit any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data concerning the progress, conduct or any other aspect of any Game for betting activities, unlicensed commercial activities or any other purposes in contravention of these terms and conditions, unless authorised or permitted to do so by the Mid-American Conference and (Institution). Mobile phones used for strictly personal and private use are permitted.
Any and all intellectual property rights in any unauthorized recording or transmission is assigned (by way of present assignment of future rights) to the Mid-American Conference. You further agree (if and whenever required to do so by the Mid-American Conference) to promptly execute all instruments and do all things necessary to vest the right, title and interest in such rights to the Conference absolutely and with full title guarantee. If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, you may be refused entry to or evicted from the Venue.
