What is ESPN+ ?

    ESPN+ is the premium multi-sport, direct-to-consumer video service from The Walt Disney Company's Direct-to-Consumer and International (DTCI) segment in conjunction with ESPN. It offers fans thousands of additional live events, on-demand content and original programming not available on ESPN's linear TV or digital networks. Fans subscribe to ESPN+ for just $5.99 a month (or $49.99 per year) through the ESPN App or ESPN.com.  The ESPN App also provides fans separate access to all of ESPN's "TV Everywhere" streaming of its linear television networks (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, etc.) and ESPN3 to fans with a pay TV subscription. ESPN+ and ESPN's authenticated streaming are also available on ESPN.com.

What is the difference between ESPN+ and ESPN3?

    ESPN+ is an app that costs $5.99 per month (or $49.99 annually) that gives fans access to exclusive games and content.

    ESPN3 is available to pay TV subscribers and has some exclusive content as well as access to ESPN's linear television networks (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, etc.).

Will an ESPN+ subscription allow me to watch games on ESPN3?

    No. To watch games on ESPN3, you must be a subscriber to a cable or satellite service that includes the ESPN platform as part of your subscription package. To watch ESPN3 events, simply select your service provider and your log-in/password for that provider. There is no extra charge to watch games on ESPN3. 

Can I watch ESPN+ and ESPN3 on my phone, tablet, or TV?

    Yes. Download the ESPN app to your phone, tablet, TV or streaming device. You will need your log-in information to access content on either ESPN3 or ESPN+. More information on how to watch for each ESPN platform is below for each device.  

What Toledo Rocket games are only available on ESPN+ ?

    Fans can check Toledo's official athletics website (UTRockets.com) to see which games are scheduled to be streamed on ESPN+.

How To Watch The Rockets on ESPN3 and ESPN+: 

 

ESPN3 on the Phone, Tablet or TV:
 

1. Download the ESPN App on your phone, tablet or TV.
2. Open the app, select “Watch”, and search for TOLEDO.
3. If prompted, sign in with your cable provider and enter log-in information (user name & password for your TV subscription/cable provider)

ESPN3 on the Computer:

1. Visit ESPN.com  from your web browser
2. Log in with your ESPN log-in information or TV provider
3. Open the app, select “Watch”, and search for TOLEDO.
4. If prompted, sign in with your cable provider and enter log-in information (user name & password for your TV subscription/cable provider)

ESPN+ on Phone, tablet or TV:
 

1. Download the ESPN App on your phone, tablet or TV.
2. Open the app, select “Watch”, and search for TOLEDO.
3. If prompted/not already signed in, sign in with your ESPN+ log-in information.

1. Visit utrockets.com from your web browser
2. Then go to the teams schedule page. 
3. Find the date/game you are wanting to view, click “Watch”, and you will be then redirected to the ESPN platform the game is on.  
4. If prompted/not already signed in, sign in with your cable provider and enter log-in information for ESPN3  or if the game is on ESPN+, sign in with your ESPN+ log-in information.
