BOSTON // CHICAGO - Sophomore Dominic Serem broke a school record in the 3000m at the Windy City Invite in Chicago with a time of 7:58.57. Serem placed fourth in the event with the program-best time.
Gabby Phelan recorded a personal-best time in the mile run with a final time of 4:47.66, placing fifth in the event.
Bailey Ranta also recorded a personal best time in the 3000m with a mark of 9:43.30.
At the David Hemery Valentine Invitational at Boston University,
Laura Nicholson recorded a 4:31.26 time in the mile run which was good for 14
th place.
Mercy Kinyanjui competed in the 3000m with a time of 9:09.15.
On the men's side, Loann Brelivet had a top-five finish in the 3000m open with a time of 8:09.71. Joad Martinho had a final mark of 8:12.30 in the men's 3000m invite.
