2025 Outdoor Results: Competed in two events…Set a personal best in the 1500m (4:30.57) at the Raleigh Relays (Mar.27-29)…Highest finish was fifth at the BSU – We Fly Challenge.

2025 Indoor Results: Competed in six events…Set personal bests in the 800m (2:13.22) at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan.25), the 3000m (9:47.64) at the Penn State National Open (Jan.31- Feb.1) and in the mile (4:47.66) at the Wisconsin Badgers Windy City Invite (Feb. 14-15)…Placed 17th in the 800m at the MAC Indoor Championships…Recipient of the Rookie Sensation Award.

High School: English schools athletics champion in 2023...School games champion in the 1500m steeplechase in 2022...Welsh international champion in 2023...U18 Euro-Great Britain runner in the 2K steeplechase in 2022.
