EAST LANSING, Mich. – Senior
Angel Hii paced the Toledo women's golf team on Sunday at Michigan State's Mary Fossum Invitational. The Rockets sit in 13
th place in the team standings after 36 holes at 42-over par on the par-72, 6,370-yard Forest Akers West Golf Course.
Hii carded a one-over par 73 in today's opening round for Toledo's best score of the day and is tied for 42
nd place individually at seven-over par. She registered three birdies and four bogeys in her first round and was at even-par through 16 holes.
Senior
Macy Hanus notched a two-over par 74 in the first round, including back-to-back birdies on the 10
th and 11
th holes. She is tied for 53
rd place at nine-over par 153.

Tournament host Michigan State leads the tournament at 10-under par 566, eight shots in front of second-place Purdue. The Spartans' Katie Lu leads all individuals at five-under par 139 (70-69).
The final round of the tournament will begin tomorrow morning with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.
