GREENVILLE, S.C. –
Saranlak Tumfong put together another quality round to begin her senior season and is tied for 15
th place following Friday's opening round of Furman's Lady Paladin Invitational. Tumfong shot a one-over par 73 and had a chance to finish under par before bogeying her final two holes.
Freshman
Amelia Lee also performed well by carding a four-over par 76 and is tied for 37
th place. She was one-over par thru nine holes but recorded a double bogey on her 10
th hole. After notching five pars and two bogeys over the next seven holes, Lee collected a birdie to close out her round.
The remainder of the Rocket lineup consisted of freshman

Toledo is in 16
th place in the team standings, with No. 1 Wake Forest in first place at two-under par 286. The Demon Deacons' Siyun Liu sits atop the individual leaderboard with a five-under par 67.
The Rockets will begin tomorrow's second round off the No. 10 tee at 10:30 a.m. The tournament's final will consist of a shotgun start starting at 9:00 a.m.
