Toledo dropped both games with Indiana, 8-0 and 5-1, on Sunday, March 20 at Bart Kaufman Field.  With the losses, the Rockets fall to 3-17-1. 

Junior RHP Sam Shutes and Senior Caleb Schillace picked up the losses for UT during the doubleheader.  Shutes allowed four earned runs and struck out three over 5.0 innings, while Schillace threw 3.1 frames and allowed four earned runs.

Senior 3B Dan Zuchowski, sophomore AJ Montoya and senior SS Deion Tansel all picked up one hit during the doubleheader.  Sophomore 2B Matt Hansen drove home the lone Rocket run on the day with a fielder's choice. 

GAME 1

Indiana jumped on the board in the third with a four run inning.  Alex Krupa hit a triple to give IU a 1-0 lead.  A Craig Dedelow single extended the Hoosier lead to 2-0.  A sacrifice fly and fielder's choice would cap the inning at 4-0.

Indiana added another four-run inning in the seventh.  Austin Cangelosi was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded to give IU a 5-0 lead.  Ryan Fineman hit a sacrifice fly, and Isaiah Pasteur ripped a two-rbi single to make the game 8-0.

GAME 2

Toledo scored first in the second inning when Hansen grounded out to the second baseman, scoring senior CF John Martillotta to make the game 1-0.

Indiana earned a 4-1 lead in the fourth with a Pasteur RBI single and a Brian Wilhite three-rbi home run. 

Pasteur extended the IU lead in the sixth to 5-1 with a RBI single to left field.

Toledo will be back in action on Tuesday, March 22 at Dayton at 3:00 p.m.
