TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo Baseball program has earned the 2024-25 ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award, as announced by the American Baseball Coaches Association on Wednesday.

This marks the fourth-straight year the Rockets have received the honor, which is awarded to high school and college programs that achieve a team GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale during the academic year. Head coaches must also be active members of the ABCA to be eligible. Toledo posted an impressive 3.403 team GPA for the 2024-25 academic year, marking the 11th and 12th-straight semesters the Rockets have surpassed a 3.2 GPA under Head Coach Rob Reinstetle.

Five student-athletes were recognized as Academic All-District selections, the maximum number of Academic All-District selections, while 10 earned spots on the Academic All-MAC Team.

During this spring semester, 18 Rockets were named to either the Dean's or President's lists, including three earning President's List honors with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
