QUICK HITTERS• Toledo (16-11, 7-7 MAC) looks to bounce back from a pair of road defeats at Central Michigan and Eastern Michigan last week when it hosts MAC West Division frontrunner Ball State (18-9, 9-5 MAC) on Tuesday, Feb. 23. Tip-off time is set for 8:00 p.m. with the game being televised on BCSN as well as Time Warner Cable Sports Channel in Ohio.
• The Rockets fell behind by double-digit deficits in the opening 20 minutes against both the Chippewas and Eagles before their second-half rallies fell short in 77-69 and 91-85 setbacks, respectively.
• Toledo is tied for second place in the MAC's West Division with Northern Illinois (18-9, 7-7 MAC) and Central Michigan (14-13, 7-7 MAC) and trails Ball State (18-9, 9-5 MAC) by two games. UT will be looking to avenge an 87-69 defeat to BSU in its MAC opener on Jan. 6.
• Ball State is 5-2 in league road games, while UT is 3-3 in MAC home games.

Tod Kowalczyk is in his sixth season at UT's helm and has orchestrated a dramatic turnaround since his arrival in 2010. He possesses a 101-89 (.532) record on the Rocket bench, including a 97-61 (.614) win-loss ledger over the last five years.
• Kowalczyk has guided Toledo to a share of the 2013-14 Mid-American Conference regular season title in addition to a piece of the 2012-13 MAC West Division title.

Stuckey Mosley (10 pts.).
• Eastern Michigan shot 68.0 percent against the Rockets for the highest shooting mark against UT since Northern Illinois posted a 65.0 mark on Jan. 21, 2006.
• Boothe and Williams rank among the MAC's top scorers with Boothe setting the pace at 18.9 ppg and Williams in third place at 18.0 ppg. Boothe also is second in the MAC with 7.1 defensive rpg, third with a team-high 9.1 rpg, fifth with an 81.7 FT%, ninth with a 49.8 FG% and 10th with 3.4 apg.
• Boothe, who is tied for second in league play in scoring (19.6 ppg) and is third in rebounding (9.3 rpg), has been named the MAC West Division Player of the Week six times this season.
• UT tops the MAC with 79.0 ppg, 16.8 apg and a 1.48 assist/turnover ratio and is second with a 46.3 FG% and 74.7 FT%. Ohio leads the MAC with a 47.4 FG% and 75.3 FT%.
• Ball State paces the MAC in scoring defense (65.4 ppg) and second in FG% defense (40.2). The Cardinals also rank third with a 38.1 3PTFG% and 8.4 treys per game.
• Junior forward Franko House leads BSU in scoring with 11.7 ppg and is one of five Cardinals averaging eight or more points per game.
ROCKET ROUNDUP FROM UT'S 91-85 DEFEAT AT EASTERN MICHIGAN• The Rockets suffered their third-straight setback at Eastern Michigan and are 8-10 all-time in the Convocation Center.
• EMU's 91 points was the most allowed by the Rockets since Western Michigan posted a 98-77 victory over UT in the 2014 MAC Championship Game.
• The Eagles' 68.0 field-goal percentage was the highest by a Rocket opponent since Northern Illinois hit 65.0 percent of its shots on Jan. 21, 2006.
• Eastern Michigan's 68.8 three-point field-goal percentage was the highest by a UT opponent since Robert Morris' 71.4 mark on Dec. 7, 2013
• Toledo is 2-7 when being outrebounded by its opponent.
• Eastem Michigan's 56 points were the most scored in a half by a Rocket opponent this season.
• Toledo lost for just the second time in 17 outings this season when it has shot 45 percent or better from the field.
• The Rockets are 2-10 when their opponent registers a higher field-goal percentage.
• UT grabbed 11 offensive boards and has double-digit offensive rebound totals in eight of its last nine games.
• Toledo lost for the first time in 13 games this season when scoring more than 80 points.
• The Rockets shot over 80 percent from the charity stripe for the fifth time in their last six games and are shooting 83.3 percent (105-of-126) from the charity stripe in their last six contests.

Zach Garber scored 10 points and has scored in double digits in a career-high four straight games. During those contests, he is averaging 12.3 ppg and 6.5 rpg with a 70.0 FG% (14-of-20) and 84.0 FT% (21-of-25).

ROCKETS RANKING AMONG NATIONAL LEADERS IN 2015-16Â Â Â Â Toledo is tied for 18th nationally with a 1.47 assist/turnover ratio and tied for 20th with 16.8 assists per game (through games of Feb. 22) and tied for 34th with fewest fouls per game (17.1).
    Individually,
Nathan Boothe is tied for 21st with 7.1 defensive rebounds per game and is tied for 50th with 18.9 ppg. He also is the only center to be ranked among the Top 250 players nationally with 3.5 assists per game, ranking tied for 235th nationally.

A LOOK AHEADÂ Â Â Â The Rockets will play two of their final four games to end the regular season in Savage Arena. UT will also Central Michigan (14-13, 7-7 MAC) on Saturday, Feb. 27 and Eastern Michigan (14-13, 6-8 MAC) on Friday, March 4 with a road game vs. Western Michigan (11-16, 5-9 MAC) sandwiched in between on Tuesday, March 1.
