TOLEDO, Ohio - The University of Toledo Athletic Department announced its promotional schedule on Thursday with a student-centered focus for the 2025-26 men's basketball season.

Highlighting the student involvement at the games will be a Rocket Madness Halftime Basketball Tournament. Student organizations will be competing against each other throughout the season with several of their battles taking place at halftime of men's and women's basketball games in Savage Arena.

Toledo will play 15 home games this season, highlighted by a Stripe Savage game for Toledo's Battle of I-75 game vs. Bowling Green on Jan. 24. In addition, a student tailgate will be held prior to the matchup vs. the Falcons with the Troy Pop Rocks jump rope group performing at halftime.

Other specialty-themed games include Tod Father Day vs. Marshall on Nov. 8 with Tod Father T-shirts provided to UT students, Lord of the Wings Night vs. Youngstown State on Nov. 19, Rocket Kids Club Night and a GOLD OUT vs. Miami on Jan. 9, a BLUE OUT vs. Ohio on Jan. 13, and the ninth-annual Rockets for Life game presented by Life Connection of Ohio vs. Ball State on Jan. 31.

The Rockets will also be providing t-shirts for UT students at three more games with a Toledo Basketball T-shirt on Nov. 3, a Tod Father shirt on Nov. 8, and an 90's graphic shirt on Feb. 24. Other giveaways include Rocket Ornaments on Dec. 20, Gold Pom Poms on Jan. 9, Blue Rally towels on Jan. 13, Toledo Koozies on March 6.
