Team Notes:

* Toledo posted its sixth straight victory over Western Michigan and its ninth in in its last 10 meetings with the Broncos.

* The Rockets have defeated WMU in each of their last five meetings at Savage Hall.

*UT shot 50 percent in a game for the first time since its 81-76 victory over Michigan State on Dec. 30. It was only the second time a Bronco opponent has shot over 50 percent in a game this year.

* The Rockets held WMU to its lowest field-goal percentage (31.9 percent) of the season and it was also the lowest by a Rocket opponent this year.

* Toledo is now 9-0 when holding a halftime lead.

* UT won for the first time this season when it has committed less than 12 turnovers. The Rockets committed 11 in the contest while dishing out 14 assists.

* After connecting on 10 or more three-point field goals in seven straight games, the Rockets have not made more than nine treys in a game in their last six contests.

Player Notes:

* Senior guard Nick Moore tallied a team-high 17 points and has led UT in scoring in 10 games this year including seven of the Rockets' last eight contests.

*Redshirt freshman guard Sammy Villegas tallied 15 points and is averaging 14.3 ppg in his last three contests. He knocked down a season-high seven free throws in eight attempts vs. WMU to raise his season mark to 78.6 percent.

* Sophomore forward Kareem Milson tallied a season-high nine points in just 13 minutes of action on 3-of-4 shooting from the field.

* Junior center A.J. Shellabarger hauled down seven rebounds and has averaged 7.5 boards per game in his last two contests.
