ATHENS, Ohio – Senior
Emily Vining placed fourth in the 3000m steeplechase to wrap up the second day of competition at the Mid-American Conference Outdoor Championships on Friday.
Vining tallied a final time of 10:49.49 to score five points as the Rockets sit in eighth place with 17 points.
Sydney Caddell recorded a final mark of 5.57m in the long jump to place 17
th in the event. The Rockets saw two runners in the 800m prelims, as
Cadence Christie crossed the finish line at 2:14.79 to take 16
th while
Margrett Watt recorded a time of 2:15.80 to place 18
th.
