ATHENS, Ohio – Senior Emily Vining placed fourth in the 3000m steeplechase to wrap up the second day of competition at the Mid-American Conference Outdoor Championships on Friday.

Vining tallied a final time of 10:49.49 to score five points as the Rockets sit in eighth place with 17 points.

Sydney Caddell recorded a final mark of 5.57m in the long jump to place 17^th in the event. The Rockets saw two runners in the 800m prelims, as Cadence Christie crossed the finish line at 2:14.79 to take 16^th while Margrett Watt recorded a time of 2:15.80 to place 18^th.
