ATHENS, Ohio –
Nora Hark brought home a third-place finish and a personal best in the javelin throw during day one of the Mid-American Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Athens, Ohio on Thursday.
Hark recorded a final distance of 45.40m on her final attempt in the javelin throw to put herself into third place and earn a bronze medal.
Melody Jebiwot earned a third-place finish in the 10,000m to cap off the night, crossing the finish line at 35:25.81 to grab six points.
Morgan Hicks placed 10
th in the 10,000m with a time of 37:02.88, while
Bella Earl placed 11
th with a final mark of 37:04.71.
