HOME SWEET HOME
Toledo is 42-5 (.894) over the last three-plus seasons in Savage Arena. UT had a 10-game home winning streak dating back to last year snapped with an 86-77 loss to George Mason on Dec. 2. In addition to the loss to the Patriots, the Rockets' defeats have come at the hands of Ball State last year, Dayton and Kent State in the 2021-22 season and Bowling Green in the 2020-21 campaign.
The Rockets' home records over the last three years are 13-1 (2022-23), 13-2 (2021-22) and 12-1 (2020-21).
The Rockets' unbeaten home mark (15-0) under Coach Kowalczyk in 2013-14 was their first since 1966-67 and just the fourth time in school history UT accomplished the feat.

FREE-THROW FOCUS
Toledo has ranked in the Top 2 of the MAC in free-throw shooting and posted a 72.5 FT% or higher in 11 of the last 12 seasons. The Rockets have done even better dating back to the 2018-19 season, shooting 74.0 or better each year including a MAC-best 76.8% this season.
Toledo was SECOND in the MAC last season with a 77.3 free-throw mark. UT set a school record with a perfect 28-of-28 effort at Central Michigan (Feb. 28), six away from the NCAA record. Over a three-game span, the Rockets made a school-record 42 consecutive free throws which was 12 shy of the NCAA record.
The lone exception that the Rockets didn't shoot 72.5% or higher and rank in the Top Three was Toledo's 69.5 mark in 2016-17 that placed it sixth in the conference.
