TOLEDO, Ohio –
Jessica Bracamonte will be introduced as the new head softball coach in a news conference at the University of Toledo on Thursday, July 7 at 2:00 p.m. in the Grogan Room in Savage Arena.
UToledo campus community and local community members are invited to attend the press conference. There will be an opportunity for the general public to meet Bracamonte following the news conference.
Bracamonte is the 12th head coach in program history and arrives at Toledo after serving as an assistant coach at Duke University for the past three seasons. She also served six years as an assistant coach at Central Michigan from 2013-19. A native of Hacienda Heights, Calif., Bracamonte was a four-year starter at Michigan State from 2008-11. She earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from Michigan State in 2012 and began her coaching career as a student assistant at her alma mater. She then earned a master's degree in sports administration from CMU in 2015.
