Lou Trois Named MAC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week

TOLEDO, Ohio – Junior Lou Trois was named the Women's Track Athlete of the Week by the Mid-American Conference for her performance at the GVSU Holiday Open last week.
Trois competed in her first track and field competition with the Rockets on Friday, Dec. 3 at the GVSU Holiday Open in Allendale, Mich. She ran a 9:30.04 in the 3000m and finished first for the Rockets, sixth overall.
This is Trois' first MAC Women's Track Athlete of the Week honor.
