TOLEDO, Ohio - The Toledo men's basketball team will host MAC West Division co-leader Northern Illinois (13-9, 6-3 MAC) on Tuesday, Feb. 4 in Savage Arena. Tip-off time is set for 7:00 p.m. with streaming available on ESPN-Plus.
       The Rockets have dropped three consecutive decisions and will be taking on a Huskies' squad that has won four straight games and sits atop the MAC's West Division with Central Michigan. NIU is 2-2 on the road in MAC play with wins at Buffalo (73-72) and Kent State (76-69).

Marreon Jackson is leading Toledo (11-11, 3-6 MAC) in scoring and ranks second in the MAC with 19.2 ppg. He is also second in league play with 22.4 ppg. Also ranking in the MAC's Top 10 in scoring for the Rockets is senior

Willie Jackson is averaging a MAC-best 12.2 rpg, a total that ranks third in the nation, while Littleson has sat out Toledo's last two games due to injury.
       The Rockets fell at Eastern Michigan, 61-57, in their most recent outing. The Eagles put together a 17-3 run midway through the second half to take an 11-point lead before holding off a late Toledo charge.
       Senior Eugene German leads NIU with a MAC-best 19.6 ppg. Senior Lacey James is averaging 9.1 ppg and 7.6 rpg and has helped the Huskies to a conference-best plus-5.4 rebounding margin. Sophomore Trendon Hankerson is leading the MAC with a 49.2 three-point field-goal percentage.
