TOLEDO, Ohio— University of Toledo senior kick returner Ronnie Jones (Pittsburgh, Pa.) was named the Mid-American Conference West Division Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance in Toledo's 37-34 overtime victory over Eastern Michigan on Oct. 26.

Jones returned a kickoff 48 yards to open the second half for the Rockets at the Eastern Michigan 44-yard line. Toledo scored three plays later to take a 16-10 lead.
 
The Rockets (5-3, 2-2 MAC) host Kent State (3-5, 2-2 MAC) next Tuesday, Nov. 5. Kickoff is at 7:00 p.m. on the CBS Sports Network.
