Liz Weiler wrapped up an incredible Toledo career at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with an Honorable Mention All-America award in the 3,000m steeplechase after finishing in 18
th place.

Linh Nguyen said. "She's one of the toughest and most competitive runners in I've had the pleasure of coaching. What makes her truly special is that she's a great person and the epitome of what we want to represent our program. "She is an example of how to do things the right way."

Weiler finished with a time of 10:18.18, good for ninth in the second heat of the semifinals. Elinor Purrier of New Hampshire won the semifinals with a time of 9:54.91.

Kyesha Neal will also compete at NCAA Championships. Neal will compete in the discus on Saturday, June 11 at 6:30 p.m. PT.
