TOLEDO, OH – Toledo (7-12) will host its Mid-American Conference home opener vs. Binghamton this Sunday, March 27 at 11:00 a.m. The match will be held the UT Tennis Courts with the rain site located at the Shadow Valley Tennis Club in Maumee.
 
"As of today, both teams are 0-2 in conference play. I wouldn't say we'll both be desperate because it's only a tennis match, but let's just say I think all the players will know the stakes," said head coach Al Wermer. "Our league has so much parody that each court you win can likely change the final standings because of tiebreakers."
 
The Rockets are coming off of a 0-2 start to conference play. UT fell in two close 4-3 matches to Northern Illinois and Ball State. Toledo looks to capture its first conference win against Binghamton, who it lost to last season, 5-2.
