TOLEDO, OH – The Rockets (6-5-1, 1-2-1 MAC) continue Mid-American Conference play this weekend as they host Central Michigan on Thursday, Oct. 6 at 4:05 p.m. and visit Eastern Michigan on Sunday, Oct. 9 at 1:00 p.m.
Toledo was winless over the weekend as it dueled to a 1-1 tie with Akron on Friday before falling 1-0 to Buffalo on Sunday. Sophomore
Alena Sidwell scored her first career goal to give UT the lead against Akron, but the Zips were able to pull even in the final minute of regulation.

Katie Wilson has played every minute in goal for the Midnight Blue and Gold, accumulating 47 saves in 1,100 minutes between the posts.
Central Michigan (10-1-1, 2-1-1 MAC) currently leads the MAC in wins and winning percentage. The Chippewas started the season by winning their first nine matches. Currently, they are coming off two double-overtime contests, a 1-0 win over Miami and a scoreless draw with Ball State.
Sophomore Alexis Pelafas has scored over half of the team's 20 goals with 11. Senior Kristen Knutson has allowed less than a score per match in goal, making 38 saves for CMU.
Eastern Michigan (2-8-2, 0-4-0 MAC) enters the weekend winless in conference play and on a six-game losing streak dating back to a 2-1 win over Oregon State on Sept. 11. They are led by senior Ellie Tillar and freshman Sabrina McNeil with three and two goals, respectively.
EMU is coming off of a 3-2 double-overtime loss to Miami on Sunday. The Eagles will travel to Bowling Green on Thursday, Oct. 6 before facing the Rockets at Scicluna Field on Sunday.
Over the last decade, Toledo is 4-5-3 against Central Michigan, including MAC Tournament losses in 2009 and 2012. The Rockets are 8-4-0 against Eastern Michigan in the same time frame, two of those wins coming in the 2008 and 2012 MAC Tournament.
After this weekend, the Rockets will play at Miami on Friday, Oct. 14 at 4:00 p.m. and at Ball State on Sunday, Oct. 16 at 2:00 p.m.
