YPSILANTI, MI – Toledo posted its second-straight road sweep with a 3-0 (25-21, 25-16, 25-13) victory over Eastern Michigan on Saturday evening at the EMU Convocation Center. The triumph improves the Rockets' overall record to 14-10 and to 7-5 in Mid-American Conference action.

Annie Beasley and
Saige Thomas paced UT with eight kills apiece with junior
Rachel Vidourek and senior
Mary O'Connor tallying six kills apiece. Vidourek was nearly perfect in the match with zero attack errors in nine attempts.
Sophomore libero
Maurissa Leonard topped Toledo's defensive efforts in the back row with 14 digs, while Beasley and O'Connor spearheaded UT at the net with nine and seven blocks, respectively.
The Rockets, who have posted a 4-4 record in conference road matches this season, limited the Eagles to a .036 attack percentage in the contest thanks to 11 total blocks, while posting a .212 hitting mark of their own.
Toledo will play its final four regular-season contests in Savage Arena beginning with a meeting on Thursday, Nov. 3 vs. Ball State. UT's remaining home matches will be vs. Buffalo (Nov. 5), Northern Illinois (Nov. 11) and Western Michigan (Nov. 12).
