FULL RESULTS

FINDLAY, OH - The Toledo women's track & field team opened the indoor campaign with the only meet of 2015 at the Oiler Opener. The Rockets tallied 10 top-three finishes at they competed against Findlay, Hillsdale, Heidelberg and Ohio Northern.

Highlighting the Toledo results was freshman Christina Johnson after winning the 60m dash crown with a time of 7.94. Johnson took second in the 200m dash, and also was part of the 4x400m relay that finished second. Senior Akili Barnes, sophomore Kristiana Collins and freshman Nautica Hill were the other three members of the 4x400m squad.

Senior Priscilla Timmons also took home first place in the 3000m run with a time of 10:01.54, finishing 44 seconds ahead of the rest of the pack.

No team scores were kept for this event. UT next competes after the new year when they head down I-75 for the Bowling Green Opener on Jan. 10th.
