Team Notes:

* CMU's 42 points was the lowest scoring output by a Rocket opponent in a MAC game since a 56-41 win over Bowling Green on Jan. 31, 1998.

* The Chippewas' 31.9 shooting percentage was the lowest by a Toledo opponent this year, and CMU's one three-point field goal equalled the fewest by a UT opponent this season.

* The Rockets outrebounded Central by a 36-34 margin, including a 21-14 advantage in the second half.

* Toledo went almost the first eight minutes of the game without a field goal when Jim Clement's three-pointer tied the game at 6-6 and started a 12-0 run. The Rockets didn't trail the remainder of the game.

Player Notes:

* Junior guard Nick Moore hit two-of-three three-pointers and is shooting 46.9 percent (15-of-32) from three-point range in his last three games.

* Sophomore guard Keith Triplett collected a game-high three steals and it was the eighth time this year he has collected three or more steals in a game.

* Sophomore center A.J. Shellabarger led the Rockets with six rebounds, including a team-high four on the offensive glass.

* Freshman forward Kareem Milson has grabbed five or more rebounds in four straight games.
