2025 Indoor Results: All-MAC Second Team honors…Competed in seven events…Set personal bests in the 60m (7.85) at the Al Campbell Invitational (Jan.17) and in the 400m (54.31) at the Michigan Invitational (Feb. 8)…Broke the school record in the 400m twice, setting the new standard at 54.31…Part of the record-breaking Distance Medley Relay squad (11:23.70)…Placed second in the Distance Medley Relay at the MAC Indoor Conference Championships.
Stanford (2020-24)
Earned First-Team All-American honors in the indoor DMR with the 11th-fastest indoor DMR time in collegiate history (10:53.37)…Two-time NCAA Regional Qualifier in the 400m hurdles…Also qualified for the NCAA Championship in the 4x400m relay in 2023…Ran a 400m hurdles time of 58.22 as a junior, the fastest time at Stanford since 2013 NCAA Champion Kori Carter in 2013 and second best time overall…Two-time USTFCCCA All-Academic Team member…CSC Academic All-District…Five-time Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll.

2020 Ohio Indoor State Champion in the 400m, first female runner to win a state title at Westlake High School…Was 2018 USATF Youth Outdoor Champion in the 400 hurdles.
