2025 Indoor Results: Competed in four events…Set a personal best in the 800m (2:22.37) at the Michigan Invitational…Highest finish was 10th at the Al Campbell Invitational (Jan.17).

2024 Results: Did not compete in 2024 Outdoor Track & Field 

2024 Results: Competed in three meets during the indoor season...Highest finish was ninth in the mile at Michigan's Silverston Invitational

Mile – 2024 Michigan Invitational – 38th place – 5:12.07 **PR**

2023: Redshirt season and retained freshman eligibility.

High School: New York State freshman, sophomore and junior Runner of the Year and All-American...2019 Section II Class A Cross Country Champion...Holds the national record in the Kinetic TC Girls 4xMile Relay of 19:40.67 for outdoor track...Three-time All-American in track and placed third in her first world athletics race in the high school mile.

Personal: Full name is Ella Grace Cheney Kurto... Parents are Heather and Jeffrey Kurto...Father played soccer, hockey, and lacrosse at LeMoyne College...Mother played soccer and lacrosse at University of Albany...Has one sister, Georgia, and one brother, Max...Was a mentor at the Saratoga Springs girls running recreation program where she helped promote health and wellness to youth girls, strengthening self-confidence and creating a sense of community supporting female athletes...Majoring in psychology.
