2025 Indoor Results: Competed in six meets… Set personal bests in the 3000m (9:53.71) at the GVSU Holiday Open (Dec. 6), in the mile (5:03.56) at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan. 25) and in the 5000m (17:29.99) at the Penn State National Open (Jan.31-Feb.1)…Highest finish was fourth in the 3000m at the Wolverine Invitational (Jan.11)…Placed 18th in the 5000m at the MAC Indoor Championships…Named to the Academic All-MAC team.

2024 Results: Competed in two outdoor meets… Highest finish was 10^th place in the 1500 at the Len Paddock Open…
