2025 Outdoor Results: NCAA East First Round Qualifier…Set the school record in the 5000m (15:33.04) in her debut 5k race at the Raleigh Relays (March 27-29)…Recorded the 17^th-fastest 1500m time in NCAA history and placed second in the 1500m (4:07.17) at the Wake Forest Invitational (April 17-18)…Broke the school record and won the 800m (2:04.80) at the Jesse Owens Classic (May 2-3)…Qualified for the NCAA East First Round in the 1500m and 5000m…Owned the seventh-best time 1500m time in the nation and ranked 22^nd in the country in the 5000m…Qualified for the 1500m Quarterfinals at the NCAA East First Round and placed 15^th in the event (4:11.43).

2025 Indoor Results: Named the 2025 MAC Most Outstanding Track Performer at the Indoor Track & Field Championship…Earned First-Team All-MAC Honors…Became the first-ever Rocket to win three individual titles at the MAC Track & Field Championship…Scored 30 points by taking first in the 800m (2:06.75, a school record), the mile (4:43.58) and the 3000m (9:29.38)…Competed in six meets…Broke the school record in the 3000m (9:13.54) at the Sharon Volyear-Danville Season Opener (Dec. 7)…Won the mile (4:35.61) and took second in the mile (2:07.99) at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan. 25)…Placed seventh in the mile (4:35.95) at the Penn State National Open (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)…Broke the program record and placed fourth in the mile (4:30.85) while earning fourth in the 1500m (4:13.08) at the Eagle Elite Invitational (Feb. 14)…Tallied a 14^th-palce finish in the mile (4:31.26) and a 15^th-place finish in the 1500m (4:13.06) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 15)…Earned Academic All-MAC honors.

2020-23 (Temple University): Competed for four seasons at Temple University before transferring to Toledo...Took two silver medals at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 800m and 1500m races...Advanced to the NCAA East Regionals in the 1500m where she finished 45^th in the prelims.

High School: Won the U-19 3000m Irish Girls Nationals as junior...Two-time U-20 Cross Country Irish Nationals top-5 finisher...Took third at Senior Girls Schools Cross Country Championships in 2018...Finished runner-up in the 2km 2016 Beach Sun at the Surf Lifesaving World Championships.

Personal: Parents are Clodagh and Darren Nicholson...Major is recreational therapy.
