| Dear Season Ticket Members and Rocket Fund Donors,  One of my priorities since arriving at the University of Toledo has been to make sure we are building an athletics department that is positioned for long-term success — on the field and court, in the classroom, and in the way we serve our fans and supporters.  Today, I want to share one example of that commitment with you: the launch of our new Rocket Account Manager program.  Beginning Oct. 5, Season Ticket Members and Rocket Fund Donors will have a dedicated athletics representative who knows their account and can serve as a direct point of contact. Whether you have a question about your tickets, want to explore premium seating, need help with game-day planning, or simply aren’t sure who to call, your Rocket Account Manager will be there to help.  Why are we doing this?  Because the relationship between Toledo Athletics and our fans matters. Our community is our greatest strength. Season-ticket holders, donors, alumni and supporters are more than customers or account numbers. You are members of the Rocket family.  Your loyalty, investment and belief in our student-athletes help make everything we do possible, and we want to make sure the experience you have with Toledo Athletics reflects how much we value that commitment. That requires us to invest in our people.  The Rocket Account Manager program is a direct result of that investment. Instead of asking fans to navigate a large department or figure out whom to contact, we are putting people in place whose job is to build relationships, understand your needs and make it easier to engage with Rocket Athletics.  We want to be more accessible. We want to communicate better. We want to create more opportunities for our fans to connect with our student-athletes and teams. And we want every interaction you have with Toledo Athletics to leave you feeling that you are valued as a member of our family.  Growth is not simply about adding staff or resources. It is about using those investments thoughtfully to build an athletics department that can serve its student-athletes, coaches, fans and community at a higher level.  We have tremendous momentum at Toledo, and we are committed to building on it. That means investing in our student-athletes and coaches, strengthening our staff, improving our facilities and technology, and finding new and better ways to engage with the people who make Rocket Athletics special.  My deepest thanks and respect,  Tom |
