AS A PREP: A 1998 graduate of Brownstown Central High School...Received second-team all-state honors senior year...Also named to all-conference and all-area teams...Hoosier Basketball Coaches Association District 4 all-star...Set school records for highest field goal percentage, highest free throw percentage and most rebounds during senior season...Captain of 1998 squad which finished the season as sectional and regional champs while posting a 20-5 record...Averaged 12.7 points and 10.8 rebounds while shooting 56 percent from the field and 80 percent from the foul line as a senior...Honorable mention academic all-state as a senior...Averaged 12.2 points and 7.4 rebounds while shooting 50 percent from the field as a junior...Also as a junior, received Hoosier Basketball Magazine fourth-team all-state honors...
