Rockets tied for 23rd place in Division I with 3.664 team GPA
TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo women's basketball team earned the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's Academic Top 25 honor after earning a 3.664 team GPA for the 2025-26 academic year, the WBCA announced on [Friday].
The Rockets' 3.664 team GPA was tied for 23rd-highest in Division I. The mark was also the highest in the Mid-American Conference.
Toledo totaled semester GPAs above 3.6 in both the fall 2025 and spring 2026 semesters, and the program has earned a team GPA above 3.6 in every semester under Ginny Boggess.
To earn WBCA academic recognition, teams must have at least a 3.0 team GPA (on a 4.0 scale) during the full academic year. Teams not in the top 25 were named to the honor roll.
The Rockets earned the maximum of four CSC Academic All-District selections and added four more Academic All-MAC picks.
