DAYTON, Ohio – The Toledo baseball team opened its week with a 6-1 loss to Wright State at Nitchwitz Stadium in Dayton on Tuesday afternoon.
 
The Rockets (6-13) kept things even at 1-1 through four innings, but the Raiders (9-9) scored twice in the fifth and three more times in the seventh to come away victorious.

• Wright State scored first on a passed ball in the first inning.
• Luke Leto provided an RBI single in the fourth to tie the score at 1-1.
• A sacrifice fly and an RBI single gave the Raiders a 3-1 lead through five innings.
• WSU scored three times in the seventh for a 6-1 lead, scoring on an RBI single, bases-loaded walk and a Toledo fielding error.
