Played in 60 games for the Rockets and started in all 60…Hit .279 and had a .852 OPS…Collected 58 hits…Seven home runs, three triples ranking 15th in the MAC and 34 RBIs…Drew 30 walks ranking top 20 in the MAC and was hit by pitch five times…Stole 16 bases to lead the team, putting him eighth in the MAC…Went 3-for-3 with a homerun and four RBIs vs. Mercyhurst  (April 29), 2-for-4 with two homeruns, four RBIs and two runs scored vs. Cincinnati (March 4), 3-for-4 with a homerun, three RBIs and a run scored vs. Central Michigan (May 17)…Totaled 16 multi-hit games and eight multi-RBI games…161 putouts with no errors for a 1.000 fielding percentage… 2-for-3 with three RBIs, two runs scored, an double and a triple to open MAC Tournament against Bowling Green (May 22)… MAC All-Tournament Team… Led MAC Tournament with nine hits, seven RBIs and 19  total bases.

Full name is Luke Edgar Leto… Son of Shannon Whitman and Tim Leto… His father played football at Ferris State University… Has one sibling Levi (brother)… Majoring in Individual Studies.

Previous
Attended the University of Kansas from 2023-2024. In 2024 appeared in 20 games posting a .261 batting average as well as a .912 OPS.  In 2023 appeared in 41 games for the Jayhawks notching eight homeruns as well as 31 hits. Played his freshman season at LSU, where he appeared in 13 games including one start.

High School
Attended Portage Central High School in Michigan, under coaches Corey DeGroote and Mick Enders. Also earned an All-State selection.
