TAMPA, Fla. – The Toledo women's tennis teams suffered a 5-2 loss to University of South Florida on Sunday afternoon to split its spring break opening weekend in Tampa, Fla. The Rockets defeated Louisiana Tech, 4-3, on Saturday.
"My team laid it all out there today," head coach
Tracy Mauntler said after the USF match. "We are disappointed in the outcome but not the effort. This tough schedule will pay off during our MAC season. I believe that completely."
