MUNCIE, Ind. – The University of Toledo men's tennis team visited Mid-American Conference foe Ball State on Saturday afternoon, falling to the Cardinals by a score of 6-1.

Ball State won the doubles point by claiming victories on courts No. 2 and 3 to take a 1-0 lead in the match.
In singles play, senior Thawin Suksathaporn came back to win on court No. 3 to give the Rockets their lone victory of the day. After losing the first set, 6-1, Suksathaporn won the second set, 6-0, and outlasted his opponent in the third set, 6-4.
Junior Cole Shoults represented Toledo on the No. 1 singles court, sophomore Krzysztof Wetoszka played on court No. 2, freshmen Adam Kovac and Wojciech Szczesny played on courts No. 4 and 5, respectively, and senior Filip Zupancic competed on court No. 6.
Toledo is off next weekend and will return to the court Friday, April 2 at Buffalo and Sunday, April 4 at Binghamton.
