TOLEDO, Ohio – Toledo (8-6, 4-6 MAC) will visit arch-rival Bowling Green (12-3, 8-2 MAC) this Saturday for a Mid-American Conference battle at the Stroh Center. The Rockets and Falcons are scheduled to tip off at noon on ESPN+.

Toledo and Bowling Green already met once this season on Jan. 16 at Savage Arena. BGSU won that game 69-57 to snap an eight-game losing skid to the Rockets.

• Saturday's game will be the fifth straight contest that Toledo will face a top five scoring team in the MAC. Bowling Green currently ranks fifth in the league in scoring offense (72.9 points per game). Defensively the Rockets have fared well this season, holding opponents to 68.8 ppg, which puts them fourth in scor­ing defense in the conference. UT also ranks fourth in the MAC in defending the three, holding opposing teams to a 30.8 three-point field goal percentage this season.
• Toledo has been lights out at the free-throw line lately, shooting 81.3 percent (74-91) from the charity stripe over its last five games.

All-Time Series vs. Bowling Green
Bowling Green leads the all-time series 43-38 and has a re­cord of 20-14 when playing Toledo at home. The Rockets have won their last six road games at BGSU, the most recent tilt being a 79-65 UT victory on Jan. 19, 2019. Head coach Tricia Cullop has a career mark of 12-5 against Bowling Green.

Last Time Out
The Rockets hosted Central Michigan on Wednesday and fell to the Chippewas 83-74.
Toledo trailed by as many as 21 points in the first half due in large part to the Chippewas' outstanding shooting. CMU (9-5, 7-3 MAC) shot 72.4 percent from the field in the first two quarters, fueling a 48-30 halftime lead. But Toledo came roaring back in the second half, even taking a one-point lead early in the fourth quarter. However the Chippewas were able to pull away and hand the Rockets a nine-point defeat.
Sophomore Quinesha Lockett led the Rockets with 23 points, her seventh game with at least 20 points this season. Classmate Sophia Wiard added 14 points and six assists.
