Rocket Notes
- Saturday's doubleheader will be the fourth in as many weekends for the Rockets. Rain forced UT to play twin bills at Winthrop, Belmont, and Davidson.
- Toledo opened its season in 2018 at Osceola Heritage Park with games against Iowa, Pittsburgh, and St. Louis. The Rockets went 2-2 that weekend.
- Brad Boss and Darryn Davis have both reached base in all 11 games this season. Davis also owns the team's longest hitting streak at seven games.
- Michael Jacob has done a good job of limiting his opponents' offensive opportunities in his first three starts. Opposing hitters are batting just .162 (6-for-37) with runners on base against Jacob.
Scouting the Competition
Bucknell enters this weekend 3-6, recently completing a series sweep over Niagara, outscoring its opponent 34-3.
