Last Time Out
Toledo dropped its midweek contest at Wright State on Wednesday, 10-5. The Rockets trailed the whole game and the bulk of its offensive production came in the middle innings. Four UT players tallied two hits: seniors Brad Boss and Riley Campbell and sophomores Chris Meyers and John Servello. Meyers also drove in two runs to lead the team. Senior Axel Bueter was the starting pitcher, and Toledo also got pitching contributions from freshman Jamie Myers, sophomore Kyle Bischoff, junior Austin Calopietro, and senior Jake Stout.

Rocket Notes
  • Brad Boss has reached base in all 15 games this season. He leads the Rockets with eight multi-hit games.
  • Toledo faced off against Richmond in 2017, going 1-1 against the Spiders. Senior Michael Jacob notched his first career save in the 6-4 win at UR that season.
  • Barring any weather adjustments, this will be the first weekend that the Rockets have not played a doubleheader.
  • John Servello has done a great job setting the table at the top of the UT lineup. In the last six games, he is hitting .360 and has scored nine runs, getting on base at a .448 clip.
