MAUMEE, Ohio – Toledo opened its spring season with a 7-0 victory over Chicago State at the Shadow Valley Tennis Club.

"Our win today gives us a very solid start to our season," said head coach Tracy Mauntler said. "We have a goal to get better every time we step on the court and today we did that."
