TOLEDO, OH – Toledo will welcome Duquesne to the Glass City on Friday, Jan. 27 for a 1:00 p.m. match at the Shadow Valley Tennis Club in Maumee.
"We've had some close battles with the Dukes in the past few years," said head coach Al Wermer. "But our focus remains the same: to be better this week than we were last week, and better today than we were yesterday."
The Rockets (1-3) fell short against Dayton in a 4-3 loss last Friday and faced a tough 7-0 loss on Saturday. UT made a comeback later Saturday evening in the form of a 6-1 victory over Wright State.
The Toledo women's tennis team will also be hosting Duquesne Friday at 4:00 p.m. following the men's match vs. the Dukes.
