Toledo Earns ITA All-Academic Team Honors for Ninth-Straight Season

TOLEDO, Ohio – The Toledo men's tennis team has earned the ITA All-Academic Team award for the ninth-straight season. In addition, seven Rockets received ITA Scholar-Athlete honors for their academic performance throughout the 2025-26 season.

Senior Matias Olivero (3.85) and junior Charlie Snow (3.75) earned their second-consecutive nod to the ITA Scholar-Athlete team. Lucas Britez (3.52), Alejandro Gonzalez (4.00), Poonthong Komolpisut (3.79), AJ Sidoti (3.84) and Pannawat Suttisomboon (4.00) received the award for the first time in their careers.

The Rockets tallied a 3.591 team GPA in the fall 2025 term and earned a 3.586 GPA in the spring 2026 semester for a team GPA of 3.58 throughout the academic year.

To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must have a team grade-point average of 3.2 or better, when factoring all letterwinners into the cumulative grade-point average for the current academic year. ITA Scholar-Athletes must have a grade-point average of 3.5 or better for the current academic year and be listed on the institutional eligibility form.
