Jake Stout also pitched in relief for the Rockets. Silberhorn did not allow a run to score, struck out two batters and used just nine pitches to retire the side in 1.0 frame.

Zane Collins earned his first victory of the season for Wright State after pitching 5.0 shutout innings.

Wright State jumped on the board in the first with two runs. A Ryan Fucci sacrifice fly and a Daniel Arthur double gave WSU a 2-0 advantage.

Four walks, a hit batsman and a single with an error allowed the Raiders to bust the game open. WSU scored six runs in the sixth and extended the Wright State lead to 8-0.

Sean Weatherford grew the WSU advantage to 9-0 in the seventh with a sacrifice fly.

Toledo cut the lead in the bottom half of the inning to 9-1 with a Callahan ground out to the shortstop to bring home Bollinger.

Jake Krupar in the eighth with a sacrifice fly to cut the Wright State lead to 9-2.

Wright State extended its lead to 11-2 with a fielder's choice and a Weatherford double to left field to score Morrow.

UT scored in its third-straight inning in the ninth. Montoya ripped a double to left-center field to score Bollinger and make the game 11-3. Krupar grounded out to first to score Bollinger, and Hansen hit a single to right field to score Montoya and cut the WSU lead to 11-5.

Toledo will return to Scott Park on Tuesday, April 19 at 3:05 p.m. against Dayton.
