Fort Myers, FL ? The Toledo women's tennis team gets a 5-2 win over Florida Gulf Coast in Fort Myers, FL on Tuesday. The Rockets are now 7-3 on the season.

In doubles, UT won two matches for the point. At the No. 2 spot sophomore Maha Guirguis and freshman Ashley Frey beat FGCU's Maria Maggoirini and Lauren Pfeiffer 8-3. Then in the No. 3 spot junior Jenny Belsky and senior Sarah Horning defeated the Eagles Brett Kinley and Leah Johnson 8-4.

In singles competition, Toledo received four points and the match. Guirguis won her matches 6-1, 6-3 over Pfeiffer and Belsky defeated FGCU's Jordan Vaughn 6-3, 6-2. Sophomore Nadia Zoubareva beat her opponent 6-1, 6-0, while sophomore Jessica Azoulay went to a tiebreaker to win 4-6, 6-4, 10-3 over Kinley.

The Rockets will next play ABAC in Tifton, GA on March 6. First serve is set for 2:00 p.m.
