TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Brian Henderson hit two free throws with 10 seconds left to help Old Dominion hold off Toledo 73-70 on Saturday night.
Toledo (14-11), which had led by as many as 10 points midway through the second half, had its 15-game home winning streak snapped.
Valdas Vasylius scored 22 points and had 10 rebounds for the Monarchs (21-7), with Drew Williamson adding 14 points.
Williamson's 3-pointer with just over 7 minutes left put Old Dominion ahead to stay, although the Rockets pulled to within a point three more times - the last when senior guard Justin Ingram hit a three-pointer with 11 seconds left to cut the lead to 71-70.
Henderson was fouled by sophomore guard Jonathan Amos on the inbounds pass, with Henderson hitting both foul shots. Ingram missed a three-pointer with two seconds remaining.
Ingram led Toledo with 25 points, with senior forward Florentino Valencia adding 10.
The Rockets return to action on Thursday, Feb. 22 when it travels to DeKalb, IL to face Northern Illinois (6-19, 3-9 MAC).
