Toledo's 15-game homecourt win streak ended with tonight's loss. It was the Rockets' longest home win streak since winning 16 in a row from Dec. 30, 1978 - Dec. 28, 1979. The Rockets' winning streak vs. non-conference opponents ended at 18 games and dropped UT's record vs. non-conference opponents under Coach Joplin to 43-4. Toledo's record in its all-time series vs. Old Dominion is now 1-2 and Head Coach Stan Joplin is 0-2 vs. the Monarchs. The Rockets' 15 free-throw attempts were their fewest in a home games this season. Senior guard Justin Ingram tallied a game-high 25 points and moved ahead of Nick Moore (1999-2003) into ninth place on the Rockets' all-time scoring list with 1,403 points. Senior forward Florentino Valencia tallied 10 points and six boards but equaled his lowest number of field-goal attempts this season with four. Senior forward Keonta Howell dished out three assists for the fourth straight game. Sophomore guard Ridley Johnson continued his strong play with eight points and two steals. He is averaging 11.0 ppg in his last three contests. Freshman forward Shane Ross grabbed a season-high five rebounds in 15 minutes.
