2019 Results: Posted a personal-best in the mile with a time of 5:16.72 at the GVSU Open (Jan. 25) … Recorded fifth-place finishes in the mile at the Redhawk Invitational (April 20) and BGSU Outdoor Dual (April 5) with times of 4:49.44 (PR) and 5:00.26, respectively … Took 17th in the 1500m with a time of 4:54.33 at the MAC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11) … Clocked a 2:28.39  in the 800m to take 25th at the Wolverine Invitational (Jan. 12) … Earned Academic All-MAC Honors for both indoor and outdoor seasons.
