2021 Results: Finished year with a season-best of 59.41 in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA East Regional Championship (May 29)... Posted PR in the 800m with a time of 2:16.21, coming in second place at the Mountaineer Classic (April 2)... Landed third in 400m hurdles (1:00.2) and eighth in the 1600m relay (3:49.81) at Outdoor MAC Championships (May 8).

Placed second in the long jump with a distance of 5:50m at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 7), competed in the 200m with a time of 25.90... Ran the 60m dash with a time of 8.11 at the SPIRE Midwest Open, set a new personal-best in the 600m with a time of 1:35.14... Finished second in the 400m with a clocked time of 59.30, jumped 5.45m in the long jump at the BGSU Dual... Competed at Wolverine Invitational (Jan. 11) in the long jump event with a distance of 5.20m.

2019 Results: Earned two personal-best marks on the season during the MAC  Indoor track Championships and GVSU Open... Placed sixth at the MAC Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:00.43 and 4x400m relay with a time of 3:46.39 (Feb. 22-23) …  Landed first in the 400m hurdles, stopping the clock at 1:00.56 at the Len Paddock Open (May 3) … Part of the 4x400 team that took first with a time of 3:51.52 during the Toledo vs BGSU Dual (April 5) ... Named to the Academic All-MAC Team for the indoor and outdoor seasons.

Earned All-Academic Honors from the US Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches’ Association … Was named a  Distinguished Scholar Athlete by the MAC.
