Emily Loew joined the University of Toledo sports medicine staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in 2019, and was promoted to Associate Athletic Trainer in 2022. She works primarily with the women's soccer program and assists with football coverage.
Prior to assuming her current position, Loew served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the Rockets' softball team while completing her master’s degree in science with a concentration in Athletic Training from 2017-2019. Loew earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Purdue University in 2017.Â

A native of Fishers, Ind., Loew is a certified athletic trainer in the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, and is a member of the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers Association and the Ohio Athletic Trainers Association.
