2022: 2022 MAC Championship Team...Ran a PR time of 21:35.7 and finished 31st at the 2022 MAC Championships (Oct. 29)...Ran in five races and set two PR Times...Highest finish was 10th (18:44.2) at the Ohio XC Invitational on Sept. 2...President's List with a 4.0 GPA.
2021: Did not compete in cross country.
2020: Ran a time of 24:03.4 at the BGSU Falcon XC Invitational on Nov. 7.
2019: Did not compete in cross country.
High School: Four-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field.. Two-time cross country all-state team.Â
Personal: Daughter of Debbie and Terry Embaugh...Has one brother, Parker...Majoring in exercise science.
